Policies

Please understand that these policies are enforced for the
respect of other clients and for liability reasons.

Expectations / Scheduling / Etiquette
Your service starts at the time scheduled. Please be considerate and arrive at least 10 minutes early.

  • If your hair is not long enough (at least 1/4”-1/2”) to wax, you will need to reschedule and a $25 fee will apply.

  • If you show up to your appointment under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you will be told to leave and a $50 fee will apply.

  • If you decide to say any sexually suggestive remarks or show inappropriate behavior towards anyone at Waxologie, you will be told to leave immediately, you will be reported to the authorities and a $250 fee will apply.

**Please know that our policies are not a punishment, but compensation for your Esthetician who set time aside especially for you, and the likelihood of another client taking your spot for us to recoup lost compensation is very slim.**

Tardiness / Cancellations / No-Shows
Please be considerate when you cancel, as it affects others trying to get in... Re-booking is nice, but it doesn't make up for the lost appointment time. It is understandable that things come up, but please be courteous and try to give a 24 hour cancellation notice. Keep in mind, if late cancelling and no-shows become a reoccurring issue and it seems that you do not have the courtesy and respect for us or other clients who could have taken your appointment time, you will not be welcomed back.

  • If you do not show up to your appointment, a $25-$50 fee will apply.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a $25-$50 fee will apply.

  • If you are 15 minutes or more late, you may need to reschedule and a $25 fee will apply.

** You can cancel and reschedule your appointment online any time by logging into your MindBody account, even if the appointment was scheduled in the office.** 

Children / Adolescents
This office is a quiet, unsupervised environment that is NOT appropriate for kids, plus it is a liability.

  • A client that arrives with kids may be asked to leave. 

**We DO NOT perform any services on anyone that is under the age of 18, unless otherwise agreed upon, a parent must be present and a current client of Waxologie.**

Payments
Payment methods accepted: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  

Gratuity
We do accept it and appreciate it, but we don’t expect it; we can take cash, Venmo or just add it to your debit/credit card at checkout.

Retail Products
There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Privacy Policy
Waxologie will never sell or give out your personal information.


Wax Packages
The 13 month pre-paid wax packages expire 15 months from purchase date, cannot be shared or transferred and the sales are final; unless otherwise noted.

Anyone affiliated (owners, employees, contractors, renters, etc...) with Waxologie. LLC has the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason and is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Promotions, discounts, services, rules and prices are subject to change without notice at any time.
