EXPECTATIONS / Scheduling / Etiquette

Your service starts at the time scheduled. Please be considerate and arrive 5 - 10 minutes early.

  • If your hair is not long enough (at least 1/4”-1/2”) to wax, you will need to reschedule and you will incur a minimum $25 fee or up to 50% of the scheduled services.

  • If you decide to arrive at your appointment under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you will be asked to leave and the appointment will be canceled. You will incur a minimum $50 fee or up to 50% of the scheduled services.

  • If you decide to arrive with a child(ren) under the age of 18, you will be asked to leave and your appointment will be canceled. You will incur a $25 fee or up to 50% of the scheduled services.

  • If you decide to say any sexually suggestive remarks or show inappropriate behavior towards anyone at Waxologie, you will be told to leave immediately, you may even be reported to the authorities and blacklisted at Waxologie. You will incur a 100% fee of the scheduled services.

  • A credit/debit card must always be kept on your Vagaro account in order to schedule appointments. Due to rising processing costs, Waxologie does charge a 5% card transaction fee - unless you pay with cash.

**Please know that our policies are not a punishment, but compensation for your Esthetician who set time aside especially for you, and the likelihood of another client taking your spot for us to recoup lost compensation is very slim.**

Tardiness / Cancellations / No-Shows

Please be considerate when you cancel, as it affects others trying to get in... Re-booking is nice, but it doesn't make up for the lost appointment time. It is understandable that things come up, but please try to give a 24-hour cancellation notice. 

Keep in mind, if late cancelling and no-shows become a reoccurring issue and it seems that you do not have the courtesy and respect for us or other clients who could have taken your appointment time, you will not be welcomed back.

  • If you do not show up to your appointment at all (no-show), you will incur a minimum fee of $50 or up to 50% of the scheduled services.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will incur a minimum $25 fee or up to 50% of the scheduled services.

  • If you are 15 minutes or more late, you may need to reschedule. In that case, you may incur a $25 fee.

** You can cancel and reschedule your appointment online any time by logging into your VAGARO account, even if the appointment was scheduled in the office.**
