Policies

Please understand that these policies are enforced for the
respect of other clients and for liability reasons.

Expectations / Scheduling / Etiquette
Your service starts at the time scheduled. Please be considerate and arrive 5-10 minutes early.

  • If your hair is not long enough (at least 1/4”-1/2”) to wax, you will need to reschedule and you will incur a minimum $25 fee or up to 50% of the scheduled services.

  • If you decide to arrive at your appointment under the influence of alcohol/drugs, you will be asked to leave and the appointment will be canceled. You will incur a min $50 fee or up to 50% of the scheduled services.

  • If you decide to say any sexually suggestive remarks or show inappropriate behavior towards anyone at Waxologie, you will be told to leave, you may even be reported to the authorities & blacklisted. You will incur a 100% fee of the scheduled services- minimum of $100.

**Please know that our policies are not a punishment, but compensation for your Esthetician who set time aside especially for you, and the likelihood of another client taking your spot for us to recoup lost compensation is very slim.**

Tardiness / Cancellations / No-Shows
Please be considerate when you cancel, as it affects others trying to get in... Re-booking is nice, but it doesn't make up for the lost appointment time. It is understandable that things come up, but please be courteous and try to give a 24 hour cancellation notice. Keep in mind, if late canceling and no-shows become a recurring issue and it seems that you do not have the courtesy and respect for us or other clients who could have taken your appointment time, you will not be welcomed back.

  • If you are 15 minutes or more late, you may need to reschedule. In that case, you may incur a $25 fee.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will incur a minimum $25 fee or up to 50% of the scheduled services.

  • If you do not show up to your appointment at all (no-show), you will incur a minimum fee of $50 or up to 50% of the scheduled services.

** You can cancel and reschedule your appointment online any time by logging into your Vagaro account, even if the appointment was scheduled in the office.** 

Children / Adolescents
This office is a quiet, unsupervised environment that is NOT appropriate for kids, plus it is a liability.

  • If you decide to arrive with a child(ren) under the age of 18, you will be asked to leave and your appointment will be canceled. You will incur a $25 fee or up to 50% of the scheduled services

**We DO NOT perform any services on anyone that is under the age of 18, unless otherwise agreed upon, a parent must be present and a current client of Waxologie.**

Payments
Payment methods accepted: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  There is a 5% fee on debit/credit card transactions.

Gratuity
We do accept it and appreciate it, but we don’t expect it; we can take cash, Venmo or just add it to your debit/credit card at checkout.

Retail Products
There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Privacy Policy
Waxologie will never sell or give out your personal information. Due to the nature of services performed, we also believe in discretion.


Wax Packages
The 13 month pre-paid wax packages expire 15 months from purchase date, cannot be shared or transferred and the sales are final; unless otherwise noted. The 6 month pre-paid wax packages expire 8 months from purchase date, cannot be shared or transferred and the sales are final; unless otherwise noted.

Anyone affiliated (owners, employees, contractors, renters, etc...) with Waxologie. LLC has the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason and is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Promotions, discounts, services, rules and prices are subject to change without notice at any time.
